Meditation for Relaxation consists of three guided meditations:
All three are forms of breathing meditation that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.
Guided by English Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Naljor, they are easy to practise even by those who have no previous experience of meditation.
Although these meditations can be practiced in any order, you might like to try them in sequence first. You can then choose the one that works best for you and focus on that.
Alternatively, you might find that a particular meditation works better for you in different situations or at different times.
