Meditation makes you happy and positive

The purpose of meditation is to make your mind calm and peaceful

If your mind is peaceful, you will be free from worries and mental discomfort and so you will experience true happiness and relaxation.

But if your mind is not peaceful, you will find it very difficult to be happy and relaxed even if you are living in the very best conditions.

If you train in meditation, your mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and you will experience a purer and purer form of happiness.

Eventually, you will be able to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
